| Floyd Named to Board of Directors of Marion Regional Healthcare System |

News Release Marion, SC--Johnny R. Floyd has been named to the Board of Directors of Marion Regional Healthcare System. Floyd, a native of Nichols, is the Marion County Executive of Anderson Brothers Bank. He began his banking career in 1998 as Loan Officer in the Mullins market and has over 26 years of experience in banking and commercial lending. He is a graduate of Francis Marion University, the South Carolina Bankers School and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. In addition, he is a graduate of Palmetto Leadership, Leadership South Carolina, and the South Carolina Economic Development School. Floyd currently serves as Vice President of Wildlife Action, and is a member and Past President/Board Member of the Greater Mullins Chamber of Commerce and the Mullins Rotary Club. He is the Past Chairman and Board Member of Marion County Progress, and is the recipient of numerous awards in recognition of his service to the community. “Johnny is an excellent addition to our Board,” said Harold (Gene) Tucker, President and CEO of Marion Regional Healthcare System. “He is an astute businessman who understands the Pee Dee well.
