The Intensive Care Unit and Cardiac Care Unit are staffed by physicians and nurses that have special training in critical care. The ICU/CCU at Marion County Medical Center combines state-of-the-art monitoring and diagnostic equipment with the compassion and understanding of a professional nursing staff to ensure patients are under constant care.  The ICU/CCU staff understands the anxiety felt by patients and families when critical care is needed.
